Have been using this A2 desi ghee for last few times now, and honestly speaking, it is totally worth the price. The aroma itself reminds me of my grandma’s homemade ghee back in the village. Very pure and fresh. When I use it in dal, chapati or even in sweets like halwa, the taste just becomes next level.
It is made from A2 milk, which they say is from desi cows like Gir or Sahiwal – and I can feel the difference. It is lighter on the stomach, and I personally feel my digestion has improved a bit also. No weird smell like some packed ghee have.. Packaging is also quite nice – comes in a glass jar which keeps the ghee fresh.
Totally recommended if you are looking for authentic, traditional ghee like olden days
